Norwegian artist Marius Vibe wanted to figure out what the “most beautiful woman in the world” looked like.
To start with, he took the top eight women from Maxim’s 2011 Most Beautiful Girl List.
Notice anything similar about them? As Vibe noted on his blog, “I immediately start to regret not using picks of my own when I see that this list is almost exclusively comprised of white women. I would like some more variation - but as mentioned, I would also like to use an external list and be ‘objective’. Oh, well.” OH WELL.
For the experiment, Vibe began by photoshopping and combining two faces at a time.
Here’s Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Natalie Portman.
Olivia Munn and Anne Hathaway.
Bar Rafaeli and Katy Perry.
Mila Kunis and Cameron Diaz.
Once those merges were done, Vibe combined Bar and Katy with Rosie and Natalie.
The Anne and Olivia composite was then merged with the Mila and Cameron composite.
The final result? This lady:
