Xiong Shuihua was born in Xiongkeng village, China and his childhood was supported by the local community. Residents from the village where shocked and horrified when he demolished their huts until then they learnt the reason why.
54 year Xiong made millions in the steel industry and wanted to thank the people in his village for their support as a young boy so he built luxury flats to house residents for free. So far he has transformed the lives of 72 families and has given a further 18 families special villas for being extremely nice to him in his youth.
