Ben Eldman, a professor at the Harvard Business School ordered Chinese takeout but was outraged when he saw that he had been charged $4 more than the price listed online. Ben, an expert in “preventing and detecting online fraud" was unable to let the incident slide and began an intense email exchange with the chain’s manager Ran Duan. This is unbelievable and you have to read what he said!

they've both got a point.

the aggressive sales fraud lawyer didn't like seeing so many people getting shorted on each order. the restaurant guy might have made an honest mistake or might be caught skimming so to speak... but should probably cooperate a little more to make the lawyer go away ASAP.

You think that's bad? I'm currently observing a complaint on the Virgin Mobile UK website regarding the overcharging of 1p (about 1½¢) for two texts. (Charged 25p when they are supposed to be 12p each.)
