Chris Heininge has a knack for building tiny houses that are little pieces of heaven and has been doing this work since 1999. This small home is only 280 sq. feet but it really cosy and neat.

Underneath the stairs to the loft space, there's a cozy fireplace.
All the appliances are included in the price of the home.
The bed is lofted above the living area.
The bathroom even has a full-size jacuzzi tub.
The cabinets can be replaced with a washer and dryer.
