#84 - Saw this done on some 'puters back years ago (maybe 2008-ish). The guy had a PC screwdriver shop and said if allowed to dry completely they still worked fine.
Not exactly like that with entire computer with just water, that one would be better done with a simple air compressor.
But, most cellphone repair shops nowadays fix some phones by washing off oxidation on the main board of the phone.
Also, in computer mother boards, the dust can sometimes create conductive lines between the components and can be washed with paint thinner.
But in all cases, everything must be completely dry before you connect any energy source on.
