Everyone has their own preferred recipes.
Mine includes a similar seasoning process but then cooked strictly over hickory-apple wood rather than inside a kitchen oven.

three hours on a pellet grill is WAAAY better than wrapping it up in foil. My Traeger'd ribs are raved about by everyone. Don't mean to be a product honk but it's a badass grill.
