This man’s wife lost her engagement ring down an air vent and he devised a special method of retrieving the ring himself.
The Tools
The rig is a webcam and flashlight mounted on the end of a tape measure for stability while threading it down the vent.

The Recovery
Was able to extend and use a bent clothes hanger to fish the ring out with one hand while positioning the camera to see the live feed with the other.
