You put over a foot of water in this thing and it will explode from the water pressure. Fill it somehow and the frame holding it up will collapse either way.
In general on a German Autobahn your vehicle must go at least 60 km/h (~37 mph). The recommend speed is 130 km/h (~ 80mph)
