Officers pulled over Ponce, a TRG gang member, while she was driving a vehicle containing herself, her infant child and two other gang members.
Carroll Christina Marie Carroll surrendered to authorities on Oct. 10, 2017 in connection to a recent hit-and-run in Florence, Alabama that left a man on a motorized wheelchair dead, according to the Times Daily.
