Also in the movie Pearl Harbor, it's 1941 and in the military restaurant, or whatever they call it - nobody is smoking; another thing, there were no slant deck aircraft carriers then - (too many more to mention) but this is the funniest; the captain of the aircraft carrier is calling for full speed ahead and when the camera pulls back, the anchor chain has deployed so the anchor is still on the seabed.
Hotel Rwanda
Set in Rwanda in 1994, in one scene you can see a billboard ad for MTN, a South African cellular service not available there in 1994. Also, on a taxi, you can see a yellow ARMSTA sticker which means Alexandra Randburg Midrand Taxi Association, a service only available in South Africa.
