#14 Not a car, but a Bv206 tracked all terrain vehicle. They are designed to float in water, but only when the bottom drainage hole is plugged.

Travis Barker

The Blink-182 drummer was aboard a South Carolina Learjet 60 when it crashed in 2008. The incident claimed the lives of six people and only two survived. Barker was severely burned and underwent 16 surgeries.
