#14 Not a car, but a Bv206 tracked all terrain vehicle. They are designed to float in water, but only when the bottom drainage hole is plugged.

In 2016, the singer nearly drowned driving on a frozen lake in Norway. Along with another passenger, Goulding had to climb through the roof of the car as it was sinking into the frozen water.
