a) the point of the OP is not to say something like 'you're poor because you don't have an entrepreneurial spirit and lack initiative, so you're s@#t and look how great these guys are' (honestly if that's what comes to mind when you see posts like this, you probably are s@#t, or at least somewhere in your subconscious thinks you are)
The OP is meant to be showing you that colossal trillion dollar companies start from a lot smaller beginnings, and they were built and came to be because the people involved used the assets available to them to do it, posing the question, if you were to look at your own situation the same way and do the same what great things could you accomplish? What's your excuse for not at least trying?
b) I'd be willing to wager that if 99% if not all the people posting this bs about the post were given the same assets/leverage that the people in the OP were given they wouldn't produce anywhere near the same level of results. There are millions of 1%er kids alive today but yet there's only one Google, one Apple, one Amazon. If it was only about where you were born or who your parents were etc then all these kids would have unique trillion dollar companies under their name, but they don't. The individual is a massive deciding factor in this equation, ie your outlook of yourself, life and success are all factors that affect the results you achieve. Responsibility does falls on your shoulders too.
