#2 Unless there is a quantifiable lack of a nutrient in your blood work, just eat food and stop trying to eat by chemistry. If you eat non-processed foods, there's a good chance you're getting what you need. I've worked with athletes for sometimes years at a time, keeping food journals, including supplements taken. I've had the chance to compare people on and off supplements. When they took care of their macronutrients, the micronutrients made no discernible difference. I also worked with one of the leading botanists of the 20th century, who spent years studying plants and micronutrients. His data showed clearly that when an organism has its macronutrients right, micronutrients again made no difference.
#3 At the very least, most of those would make me pass bile for days, and leave me depleted, in pain, and malnourished because my gut is basically vomiting out the other end. In the worst cases, I would pass blood. No, I'm not kidding.
#4 My fuel intake is from fats - mostly vegetable oils. Here's a news flash for fat-phobes: most of the world looks at vegetable oil like Americans look at orange juice. And if I 'stocked up' on veggies... see my comments on #3.
#5 If you drink so much alcohol that you need to factor in calorie intake, you are very probably an alcoholic. Stop drinking. And if you drink that garbage they call beer, you're an idiot.
#6 Ok Mr Rogers.
Ok I'ma stop because this list is pretty much crap start to finish. Basically this:
IF YOU WANT TO BE HEALTHY, STOP TAKING YOUR ADVICE FROM LISTS SUCH AS THIS. EAT FOOD WHICH COMES DIRECTLY OFF PLANTS AND ANIMALS. STOP TAKING SUPPLEMENTS. DRINK MORE WATER THAN COFFEE AND BOOZE. GO FOR A WALK EVERY DAY. EXERCISE LIGHTLY, LIKE AT A WALKING OR DANCING INTENSITY. AND GET OFF YOUR COMPUTER A COUPLE HOURS A DAY.
