“My cousin and me dancing to Eminem”

“I tried so hard on free dress days at my private school to impress the girl I liked. I had to pull everything out, including the belt buckle.”

“I was 14 (2011) and for finals, in the ninth grade, I thought it would be funny if I imitated male patterned baldness. I was wearing a hat and took it off when we were in the middle of the test.”

“Back in 1999, my biggest dream was to be as pretty as Britney Spears. So my sister helped me out...”

“Me at age 16 in 2012 wearing a stack of fedoras and taking a picture of it with my grandmother’s desktop camera”

“My parents allowed me to have this hair cut for 2 years.”

“Yeah, I’ve always been this cool...”

“I can feel my teenage angst screaming at me through this picture.”

“I thought being random made me likable.”

“Coming at you from 2005 with the velour bell sleeve and tattoo choker! Of course, it’s black and white.”

“This is my all-time favorite picture of my husband. He was 20 in this picture. Posting with his reluctant permission...”

“My fiance has given me permission to post one of her many blunders, circa 2002.”

"I loved The Matrix, respecting women, and staying up late."

“I actually remember thinking I looked good.”

“My graduation outfit was a polyester kimono I spent all my travel money on at Disney World.”

“I still cut my own hair but I’ve gotten better at it.”

“In high school, I went through a belt phase. For some reason, I thought the more belts I had on, the cooler I looked. I later discovered that was a lie...”

“2005-2020 — I’m not exactly sure how I was ever able to see through my bangs.”

“5 years ago I thought it’d be a good idea to create a dress and wear it to school. It’s made entirely of trash bags and duct tape. I thought I was cool.”

“I was 16, and yes, that is my real hair. I still think it’s cool even though it almost fell out.”

“Today is my twenty-fifth birthday. My mom just reminded me of this spiked-mullet and leather gem.”

“I think I peaked when I was 15. Not sure how my mother went out in public with me.”

#18 yer still a doosh! The early 2000s were dark days. Two things stood out as wake up calls for those who understand how free societies are demolished from within, 911 and the self absorbed emo/hipster phenomenon. The origins of the egomaniacal hipster disease that plagues our society today (by design) originated in the emo phenomenon in Southern California. Now we have an entire generation of young people who not only are self absorbed zombies but are wholly ignorant of history and incapable of critical thinking. 35

Based on Judy's deep evaluation of what they think of the person who is in picture 18, it shallow. People evolve, people mature, to me he looks like a nice gentleman, you can't judge a book by its cover, because if you do, you might have missed an interesting book.
I known goths who are really mean and some that are super nice, I've met hipsters who are mean and some are really nice. Just because someone dresses different now, doesn't necessarily mean they are of that said group personality. Tom Hanks has spoken.

Every generation has their freak show. Hippies, rockers, stoners, grunge, emo, pretty much all the same basket. Come to find out your not shocking anyone because there is nothing new under the sun. Best track is to be genuine. People can tell.
