About a week ago I was tearing down a chimney for a rebuild and found a sketch by the original masons, from 1897. Sketch describes the chimney crown.

It was my grandma’s 95th birthday so I cooked for her. I asked her where she kept the salt and she said “I barely use salt, but if it’s there, it’s way in the back of the cabinet.” It turns out the only container of salt she has is dated from 1965!!! It worked, and salt doesn’t really expire!

In 1994, my bicycle had a flat tire. In 2020, we were cleaning my grandmothers yard and the bicycle appeared under decades of overgrowth.
WFH forced me to clean up my office where I found this unopened bottle of Orbitz. Launched 1997 and discontinued in 1998.
Found this on the shelves at my department, an absolutely pristine box of Office 95.
My folks ripped up the original front porch of their old brick Canadian house and found this 1926 edition of the Ottawa Morning Journal beneath it (in surprisingly good shape too!). Best part – my dad’s an avid collector of old newpapers.
