You're a liar and a racist. Your story is not even logical. Why would the manager agree to have you transferred if you're "not white enough" in the first place? If you had build up such a good reputation in the first place at another Hilton location, which obviously meant at least a year of doing your job exemplary, why couldn't you simply contest this with corporate? If it was such a no-no according to Hilton house rules to take home food, wouldn't you just have refused to take the plate? If it isn't against company regulations, and I very much doubt it is, you could, once again, have contested this with corporate. Especially if your previous position was good enough to consider you as Maître d'...
