and only for bottles which can be refilled, definitly not 'every bottle'.

If they are up to date it will only be for bottles that can be crushed and recycled.

Soft plastic and soda/beer cans only in other words.

Cleaning multi use glass bottles with loads of chemicals to get them clean enough for another use is not good for the enviroment.

I love the idea of scanning as you go so you know your total. If you could also use that to pay for your order, all the store would need are reciept checkers eliminating the need for lines and pos stalls completely.

nice for you. but this is very inconvenient. i don't go to the store to run thru and bag my own sh#t.. also why not just stay home and order the groceries if you want to avoid lines? idiot.
