#18 if you boil water and have some left over, don't throw it away. Put it in the fridge and re-heat it later for more boiled water

Pres, It's better if you freeze it in small bags, that way you will never be short of boiling water.

Pres, I prefer to use condensed boiled water for storing, that way it takes up less space in the fridge or freeze. And it's so easy to hydrate it for proper consistency and flavor.

You boil rather than simmer

If a recipe calls for something to be boiled, boil it. If it asks to simmer something, simmer it. The important thing is to remember the difference. A simmer sees a few bubbles coming to the surface every second or so. Anything more intense than that is a boil. Boiling something that is meant to be simmered can lead to a dish that’s cloudy, tough, or dry.
