The odour molecules from a fart are a lot smaller than a virus particle, maybe more than 100x smaller. Also, odour molecules are mostly organic compounds and gaseous in nature so easily flow in the air to travel to your nose and be smelled. Coronavirus particles do not float in air but are carried by moisture droplets (that you can inhale).
Unless you are leaking moisture from your underwear/pants, you just proved cloth masks work for this virus. If you ARE leaking through your pants, get some pullups.
