If there is a task that you procratinate, convince yourself to just start and do the first 5-10 minutes. Most of the time you will end up finishing it.

write your sh#t down. edit and rework if nescesary.

it will create order. it will quantify things. pick 3 things that bother you most. work on those.

When I scale-out any plans to weeks/months/years, all I see is that barely any progress is being made, so I end up quitting altogether. Now I just take most things as they come, do what I do for the day and stop getting stuck on overall progress, trusting that I’ll get there in the end.
