It is the highest building in the country and the biggest abandoned building in the world. “Shattered dream” is its second, unofficial, name – the hotel was supposed to become one of the greatest in the world, but in 1992 construction was stopped because of national crisis and lack of materials.
There are 105 floors, 330 meters of height, 360 thousand square meters of space and absolute emptiness inside. Starting from 2018, it is illuminated by thousands of lights and political mottos every night.
