#3 As a former logger and tree surgeon, I can tell you there is no rule more vital than this: DO NOT EVER SWING AN AXE IN THE DIRECTION OF A PERSON. EVER. You should be facing criminal charges for reckless endangerment.

#9 You're a teacher, but you don't know the difference between 'lay' and 'lie'. You should hand in your resignation today, and give back any money you've made scamming your students.

#22 Grading your students' papers - in the bathtub, while drinking. There's an organization called Alcoholics Anonymous; you should check it out.

Nicey,

Guessing she was eating carrots without taking off her visor.

Theodora,

He was suppose to hit the brick and do "amazingly" no damage to the body under the brick, a physics trick. Also... that looks like another teacher on the floor, so no students were harmed. We are paid to keep the little shits safe not each other also teachers lounge conversations after this will be legendary.

You can not both hold teachers up to an unreasonable standard and pay them about as much as the support staff of the school.

Making fun of teachers is like making fun of McDonald’s employees. You get what you pay for

Marvin,

Teachers are the most highly educated working population there is. They do what they do because they love the work despite the ridiculously low pay and respect that they receive.

Ignatzio,

"Teachers are the most highly educated..."
except for doctors, lawyers, engineers, tradesmen like plumbers and electricians who apprentice for years in a multidisciplinary field that requires mastery of concepts from physics, geometry, fluid dynamics, and other fields of which most teachers are blissfully unaware
"...working population..."
if you mean working 30 hours a week, a rigorous 38 weeks a year, except on made-up holidays and "in-service" days and snow days, if you consider babysitting and gossiping in the teacher's lounge "work."

There's a reason that teachers get zero respect. And it's not the fault of the rest of us, simply unable to see what hyper-competent dedicated professionals teachers really are.
