The #8 channel guide of today on a cable box is not the same as of old. They have a newer picture of the guild and not how it was originally. It was a channel one had to switch to, likely on channel two and not just push the guild button on the remote. It slowly auto-scrolled thought the channels and you had to wait some times minutes until the channel to come up if you just missed the channel you wanted. You could not search or scroll to the channel and it only gave 90 minutes of what is on all 30 or so channels they had at the time.
