Boobs are mostly fatty tissue on the inside and she's an athlete, so low body fat = smaller boobs. Plus that tight aerodynamic bodysuit probably compresses the boobies flat. I am not a doctor, but... I have met several doctors and we all agree with Eustacias comment.
