A: "You could have found a section of wooden piping. Like the one in this article. It has probably rotted away and collapsed leaving a void."

"Small whiskey related tile fragment found in garden"

A: "Pretty sure this is from Pennsylvania Distilling Co. I’m still looking for more info, but I am currently going down the path of whiskey flavored toothpaste (from the brushing instructions)."

Susannah,

I always wonder how connected the artists that get paid for such "work" are to those who approved the funding. The usual getting laundered/bribe money moved around game.

Susannah,Since dissent is not allowed in most Universities, the module for such would expectedly be of low quality.

Susannah,

Well this piece wasn't made for you. In this case it would have been placed at a trailer park. Leave others alone and let them enjoy art.

Eph, didn't Taylor Swift perform her "art" in a trailer park? I guess it wasn't for you, as if so, she would have situated the music video in a tar-paper shack. Really, Eph, You Need To Calm Down.

#2 no, it's not, SOTA are mountain top antennas that ham radio operators can use to connect over mountainous terrain, and they don't look anything like that, see here https://www.sota.org.uk/
