No, it's called rolling coal and its done by adding much too much diesel to the air diesel mix. But yes, it indeed is illegal.
it is not the oil, it is a special drive chip that boosts the performance. This is a side effect when giving it too much gas when setting off
Not so, this truck has been modified, so with the push of a button the amount of diesel fuel can be increased to create the black smoke, it's done on purpose.

This happened in Luling Texas recently. Even us Texans see the writing on the wall and are phasing out dirty energy. Guess the idiot in the black truck #6 didn't get the message yet.
If Texas were a country, it would rank fifth in the world in wind power generation. The installed wind capacity in Texas exceeds installed wind capacity in all countries but China, the United States, Germany and India. Texas produces the most wind power of any U.S. state.
