I don't know why it is that white people with dreads always look like they need a bath. He looks a thousand times better, and I'm sure he feels better too. The weight of hair cannot be underestimated.
Dreads require a lot of care, grooming and looking after one's hygiene no matter what race one is, which is something that really varies from individual to individual.
I've never seen a white person with dreads that didn't look like they needed a bath.
