I just had a discussion with a dude. I retired at 58, own outright 3 older cars, own my own property, have enough $$ in the bank to last my lifetime, Fully support one parent, am debt free.
He makes more a year than I have in the bank. Has less than 3 months wages saved. Rents his home. Leases his new cars. Over $90,000 in credit card debt alone. Basically is over $300,000 negative net worth . But, people think HE is the rich one. LOL.
