Oh that's just a normal South Indian Catilope (or Felis Risus Huggis).
They are actually very friendly and love people in cars for some reason, and just want to hug them.
Which is a problem when you have a few older and much bigger ones coming towards you like in the gif...
The guy in the car is definitely dead by now but I'm sure it was a great comfort knowing he died while being loved.
