Before the Common (or Current) Era, woke speak for Before Christ. A.D. is now C.E.
Before the Common Era. Paired with CE, it's the same thing as BC and AD. It's been in use for a few hundred years.
Nothing is logical about that way of thinking. Either change the whole time frame and base it off some new start time that you randomly want to consider the Common Era, or it's just Before Christ and After Christ (Anno Domoni, the year of our Lord) if you are still basing it off of Jesus' lifetime like we all use.
Clearly time must be measured from that time a surfing carpenter made a trick spear.
Also that is a Sun Dog. Pretty cool one at that!
