I lived this for almost ten years. Every Friday an hour before end of business we had group meetings. Without FAIL just before the end of our meetings this guy who is in NO rush to go home goes off on unrelated work tangents. He would extend meeting sometimes by half an hour doing this.
except in a public sector job. but those folks never really work anyway
