#16 The tongue is made up of eight different muscles. Five of them are attached to different parts of the throat and mouth at one end, and to other tongue muscles on the opposing end. Three of the muscles are attached only to the outer tissue of the tongue. These last three are mostly responsible for shaping the tongue for chewing and speech (or sticking it out.) The first five are mostly used in swallowing.

So many of these are based on myths. #19 was debunked by Mythbusters. #17 it was NOT a bet, it is the 50 words kids need to know at a specific grade level that his publisher wanted him to use. #18 Yeah, like hundreds of years ago when pineapples arrived by sailing ship. P.S. It is possible for people without inner monologs or images to learn how to do them after becoming aware they don't have them.

Lots of questionable stuff, but #19 is just wildly impossible. No way, no how any average sized person can naturally shed 10lbs in a matter of a few hours. Not even via dehydration, as they are implying.

I believe all 7 where while he was alive. I think he was a park ranger so he was outside a lot.
