You are assuming a falsehood about childhood weight. Some kids put on weight just before growth spurts even while eating the exact same amount as other kids. Also you don't know if she has other health issues. Also how DARE you assume anything. Saying that around the girl could introduce horrible self-worth issues since you are a judgmental stranger.
