Well, in Hungary an average hospital bed is in worst shape than that class room.
yeah its funny. but not comparable. Universities fund those 2 rooms with separate funding sources. the public and charities fund sports. taxes and fed money fund the classrooms... i mean the FACULTY and students get free coffee and a tshirt.
