Yeah, I've had a 5.3Kw system on my roof for the last decade, so don't really care about fluctuations in market rates. And the average age of battery replacement in cars is pushing 200,000 miles. I think we both suspect where the commenters above get their information.
New batteries are about 6k every 5-6 years
