Yes, but today rechargeable batteries are affordable, easier to get and recharge a lot quicker. For number 10, this is exactly what they are saying.
alkaline battery still out sell rechargeable batteries al most 2 to 1, so kids still know the struggles of changing them out, is all I was saying.
