#10 and #16 - don't ever do this dads. Kids need a masculine father, not a dad that tries to replace a mom. They will thank you later.

Rhynie, nope... Kids need Dads and Moms who treats them well and support them. Having a dad with painted nails does not make them weak later.

Kids need dads to be present in their lives. As long as you aren't physically or mentally abusive and available you are way ahead of the curve.
