True. Also there is lots of evidence that about one thousand years ago in the northern UK there were grapes grown used to make wine. Those plants wont grow there today because it's way too cold for so long each year. So the climate had to be much warmer in UK back then.
In the US - with the best temperature records - May has been the hottest month this year! and June is projected to be even hotter!
