Indeed, these are no pancakes. These are much smaller. The regular American pancakes are called "flensjes" in The Netherlands. And what a dutchman calls "pannenkoeken" is more like "Crepe Suzette" size (however not folded, but rolled).
Chicken isn't vegan?
Everything is Vegan, just some things are a bit more processed than others. Grass --> cow --> steak....so, as I said everything is vegan.
