Where churros are really from: China.
Is it possible to think of Spanish dessert without thinking of churros? A firm staple of Spanish street food cuisine across the world today, they aren’t actually Spanish at all.
A variant of the Chinese breakfast favorite, youtiao – which are actually slightly salty rather than sweet. The deep-fried strips of dough were brought to Spain via Portugal in the 17th century – where the star shape nozzle was used to pipe the dough into the familiar churros profile and turned into the sugary treat we know today.

It'd be nice to include sources to support these points. A summary Google search of "origins of churros" does not highlight any ties to China...

#2 I'll call BS on shaking cream in freezing temperatures makes ice cream, it would only get you cold butter.
But I do see where you got the idea, "Iced Cream". Why would anyone be out in freezing weather with a bag of Cream unless the churn hadn't been invented yet.

#8 Swedish meatballs: For the meat part usually just ground beef. Perhaps mixed with pork sometimes but never only pork.

#3 i would say that croissant originates from the victory of Hungarians against the ottoman empire (the only empire that contributed with nothing to the world) that is why it has the half moon shape.

I learned croissants were russian... created in the shape of a scycle to represent the hard work of farmers.
