Gussie, What do the two asterisks stand for, and why couldn't you write the actual letters ?

Will, Seat belts are good, but only when you have an accident. Obviously she wasn't having an accident. I've been driving 143 years, the last 92 of them I was legally required to wear a seat belt ... its been a waste of time and energy, I've never had an accident, I have a better chance of winning Lotto.
