#13 - Not a single domestic oven goes as high as 450 in the country I live in, but I do have tools so I should be able to cut one in half.

#9 first time I did the same thing. Then I realized there was two strips of hard cellulose that can be pulled out and the entire pod and seeds are delicious... Kinda like the kiwi skin.

#13, I don't like burnt cabbage taste, so I microwave until fork tender the put dressing or mustard on them. Plain is boring.
