Me: You still have the 2021 Porsche 718 Cayman S for sale?
Seller: Indeed I do.
Me: What’s the lowest price you’ll take?
Seller: $82,000
Me: Will you take $30,000? I’m a single mom with three kids, and I just bought a house so hoping you would consider giving me a break.
Seller: So, you’re asking me to take $52,000 off my asking price?
Me: Yes, please.
Seller: Let me think about it.
Seller: OK, I considered your offer. Best I can do is $81,750
Me: $250?! That’s it?! Man, you’re killing me. How am I supposed to find a husband?! My kids need a father!
Seller: Good luck with all that. Bye.
These can definitely be fake of course.
But just because you can write a similar exaggerated story is not somehow proof or a good reason why they MUST be fake.
I mean, I can easily write an account about how I was a soldier in a squad that was victorious in a battle we were about to lose, or a incredibly funny joke a vacuum cleaner salesperson told me. Both never happened but that doesn't soldiers never win battles they seem to be unable to win or that some vacuum cleaner salespersons are unable to tell funny jokes.
Some people learned that if you just try to get something for nothing or if you can make someone feel bad, you sometimes succeed. So they do.
Not exactly impossible.
So it's YOU in these texts, Karen.
Soooo, because I give a logical reason why these are not automatically fake, I'm... A Karen... somehow...?
How does that work?
Better question; How does your brain work?
Even BETTER question; If you come to these conclusions, does your brain work at all???
And FYI, we don't pick our names. Just because I have a female name doesn't mean I am, Dum-dum...
