No because being deep into the computer world requires giving up other parts of life. Not everyone has the time when thing like food, clothing, shelter, and family are involved.
Because they have better things to do with the their life than hear about all the thousands of millions of changes that happen in the computer world daily. So NO, the average human has never heard of either, and cloud storage cost money past a certain size.
