How do you clean a beanie, a barbie doll, a shoe or a log to food safety standards?
Loaner gear for mountainclimbing is soaked in a cleaning solution after use before being rinsed and dried, so there are ways but ... If only there was some kind of convenient food recepticle that was made cheaply, was stackable and easely dried, from either non pourus materials or with a some kind of ceramic coating or both, that can be subjected to metal cuttlery as well as steaming hot water paired with harsh chemicals without deminishing in form or function for hundreds of use cycles only to be ready for resuze in minutes after cleaning.
Yeah. But these restaurants are smart enough to know that a certain percentage of people take pics of their food anyway, and definitely would take a pic of food served in crazy ways.
AND post them to their social media with lines like "Look what I got served at Restaurant "Crazy Plates"! Insane!".
The people that read those posts reblog them and if anyone reading it are near that like to take food pics or just want a new experience go there too.
In short; Free advertising. Smart.
The fact that we see these pics compiled in picdump posts like these says enough.
