Customer ordered food, address is in an inaccessable loft with no buzzer. 8 unanswered calls and two texts later, courier has been waiting 20 min in 30 degree weather, takes order back to restaurant. Customer calls restaurant and says "Do you know who I am? How is it my fault that I had my ringer turned off and in my pocket?". Literally describes how it IS his fault. Courier makes another attempt, they make him wait another 5 min before they even open their door. Instant blacklist.
