Sometimes companys ship there product to brewerys o r packaging planst when the own packaging capacity is short or you want to sell in a foreign country and you didnt have capacity of your own there.
It ist cheaper to send syrup than filled cans and since people arnt drinking as much alcohol as they did the last 50 years brewerys need other ways to gerade money
