Except, as per usual, you have no credible source and constantly spew garbage yourself. The issue is not that women work less hours and therefore earn less and you know it. And if the women at your place earn more than they probably have positions and the degrees to warrant that. But that has nothing to do with the issue...
The issue is that women generally earn less than men for the same positions and with the same hours they work...
And you can find enough credible sources claiming the same if you just Google it.
