When you will start working in professional jobs where there are many TLA that these are overlapping, it is highly recommended to use the full expression and not the TLA of it just to be sure everyone understands what you would like to say. In case if your words have multiple meaning and someone misses your intention and does something else, than it is your fault that you did not used the right words. (I'm in research and development but we use RND in 5 different way. It is super easy to misscommunicate).
